BREXIT – important information for customers ordering from the EU / EEA

Unfortunately due to changes in customs regulations post-Brexit we can no longer ship CDs to Germany. However, our excellent distributor in Germany, Note 1 Music, can supply all CORO CDs. For information please visit https://www.note1-music.com/shop/Welcome.action 

If you are a resident in the EU / EEA and wish to purchase from The Sixteen’s Shop please be aware that you may be charged the VAT on your purchase (at your country's VAT rate) plus a one-off handling fee per parcel when you receive the goods into your country. We will contact you to confirm how we are going to ship your parcel and check that you are happy to pay any additional charges before we dispatch your order. Handling fees are not set by UK carriers like Royal Mail; they are charged by the receiving country's postal service or courier to process customs.

Please Note: If you order an item but refuse delivery due to VAT or customs charges in your country, we will refund the price you paid for the item(s) ordered but we cannot refund postage charges.

Ordering from a non-UK / EU country?

Please be advised that if you're buying online from outside of the UK/EU for your personal use, it's important to check whether you'll have to pay any tax or duty on top of the advertised purchase price when you receive the goods in your country of residence. The Sixteen Productions Ltd will complete an accurate Customs Declaration form when sending your order.

Postage charges

Postage charges are calculated at the checkout and are dependent on product ordered and shipping destination.
